FLVs cannot be played from FCS/FMS with secure load enabled [92]

The NetStream.play method is overwritten to provide enhanced relative path and moniker support. When a call to an FCS/FMS stream is issued the NetStream.play method is called. When the option to "Use the secure loader for the main movie" (Movie tab of SWF Studio) is enabled the method fails.

Because there is no way to know whether or not the URL specified for the NetStream.play method is looking for a local file or a remote file, the method now assumes a remote file if the option to "Use the secure loader for the main movie" (on the Movie Tab of SWF Studio) is enabled.

Note: At this time there is still no way to play a local file when the secure loader option is enabled.
