<Missing> entries on Plugins Tab cause UI problems [84]

Selecting a plugin listed as <Missing> on the Plugins Tab puts the UI in a strange state where another <Missing> entry is added and subsequently removed when you click on it.

<Missing> plugin entries can no longer be selected, this keeps the UI behavior consistent.
