MSVCR80 error in the SWF Studio IDE and player [79]

The new Windows Defender Beta (formerly Microsoft Anti-Spyware) a number of errors related to MSVCR80.DLL have appeared in the SWF Studio IDE and in the player that is used in finished projectors.

This error could occur in the following places:

In the SWF Studio IDE:

- the "EULA" button on the Unlock screen
- the "Release Notes" and "EULA" links on the Help menu

In the SWF Studio Player:

- using the new ssCore.Shell.open command (in the development build)
- using the Launch.URL or Launch.File commands on 9x and Me systems

Note:

This problem can also appear when calling getURL to display a local file or when clicking on an HREF in an HTML text field to display a local file. There is no way for us to fix these, you will have to use ssCore.Shell.invoke or ssCore.Shell.open instead.
