Failure to load files from secure loader when requesting in a loop [101]

Requesting multiple files from the secure loader in a loop causes some of the files to not be loaded. This occurs when the option to use the secure loader for the main movie (Movie tab) is enabled and the HTTP plugin is included in the project. Fixed a timing problem with the secure loader. When requests came in too fast some were being ignored.
