SWF Studio V3.2 Build 136

There were a couple of glitches with build 135 of the new V3.2 release, but they've been fixed up and build 136 is available now.

- Added the missing MIDI plugin and fixed a problem with the MIDI plugin that caused it to crash/hang the SWF Studio IDE.

- Fixed a bug in the overridden Flash load methods that caused paths with forward slashes to be resolved incorrectly.

One day we'll have a smooth rollout of a new build and my head will explode or something
