Fix for TRUE/FALSE problem

A new version of the FILESYS plugin is now available (1.1.0003) that fixes a problem where TRUE/FALSE values were being translated into the Windows local language.

For example: Instead of TRUE/FALSE, the FILESYS.FILEEXISTS function would return VRAI/FAUX on French Windows sytems.

If your projectors or screen saver will be used on non English systems and you've used the FILESYS plugin you should get the upgrade.
