Documented the Media.SetToggleKey command that allows you to change the key that ends fullscreen video playback mode.

Modified Win.Show so the desktop snapshot is refreshed before the window appears if the transparent backround option has been enabled.

When we added unicode path support (in build 124) all of the standard file/path properties were switched to short file names. This is okay unless you need to know your full file name so we've added two new commands to allow you to convert between long and short file names. The new commands are GetShortFileName and GetLongFileName.

Fixed a bug in the Unicode file name support for temp file name generation.

Added Win.LockAspectRatio to lock the aspect ratio of the projector window during resize operations.

Added Win.LockMinSize and Win.SetMinSize to enforce a minimum window size during resize operations.
