Plugin to add Address to Outlook Addressbook

We're writing a flash app and we want people to be able to push a button and add an address to Outlook. Anyone have any code that already does this? I was thinking it would probably be easiest to write it in VB.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

and by the way, would I be insane to think that I could accomplish this by creating an anchor tag with an href to a .vCard?
