I have sad news...
If you have Flash OCX 7r19, the "view map" options WILL NOT work properlly. Meaning that you can scroll the Map.
I'm curentlly thinking for a solution!

I'm currentllu suing a ScrollPane. The porject is made in Flash MX, and I want it to stay for Flash 6. If anyone has any idea please post them! Thanks you (you will be ofcorse in the credits)

Hi Jhon,
Downloaded your weather program and installed it. It needs the "code" where I am.

I went to the site specified in your help box... but it only gives US locations... and I'm in Ontario Canada. Where would I go to get the proper code?

I tried going to the Canadian version of the weather channel, but the Code is recognized by your software but doesn't give any results.

What is the city you are in?
I'll concider that you live in Ottawa

In "http://www.weather.com/index.html", make a seach for "Canada Ottawa". From there select the again your region in the list. The address of your location is:
|www.weather.com/outlook/travel/local/CAXX0343?from=search_city
"CAXX0343" without the quotes, is your station code.
This is the code you need to put in "Station code" in weather Report

I made a preset of Ottawa location, do "File">"Open" Enter the folder "Canada", then select "Canada_Ottawa.wrr"

If your location is not Ottawa, and you can not figure it out. Send it to me by e-mail your location (Contry, Province, and city), and I'll send you back the *.wrr preset file. And on the next version of Wetaher Report your preset will be added to the list or Weather Region files.

i have a question...in your syst tray icon.how do you get the right click to show 'quit'...is this something in flash or an fscommand i dont know about?

hehehe no... If it was the case. I would add much more menu items ;)

Simple, it's in SWF Studio, in the tab "Menus" I selected "Show Context Menu" and select "quit". And don't ask me what the "cofigure" menu item dose, Since SWF Studio v1, I had no clue.

Well they used to be there! :)

Please note:
This project was done with SWF Studio V2.2 with Flash 6 MX (AS1)
Each *.exe are NOT truly stand Alone (doesn't contain the OCX and other needed files) so that it's small to download.

As for the soure code I have, I'm not sure if it's fully working or not.

Anyway, Enojy!
